I will be celebrating 7 years on March 20th. RTI has a very friendly, adventurous, challenging, motivating, innovative, and progressive culture. For me, it’s the culture and the incredible line of products we get to sell. It isn’t that every salesperson has an opportunity to present a product which saves lives. Everyone works well together and with upper management. I enjoy the everyday challenges that come with the position. I get to work with talented and supportive colleagues. I like the changes the company is currently implementing. With regards to RTI’s vision and mission – it’s important for me to work for a company that shares the same mission as I do.
I have been working for RTI for 23 years. RTI has a very family-based culture. There are many extended family members who work here, which gives a sense of comfort and acceptance. We have a very low turnover rate, so many employees have worked here for a long time and have seen lots of change. That lends itself to our close-knit culture, as well. I feel like RTI’s mission is the best thing about the company. It connects all of us and gives everyone here a common goal.
I have worked at RTI since November 2001. We have a teamwork atmosphere to achieve our goals. We have each other’s backs! RTI focuses on quality products being produced for our end customers (the patient). Our equipment is state-of-the-art and new. The plant location is perfect, no big city headaches. The benefit package is very good. We have company picnics, Christmas parties, cook-offs, onsite fitness center, and an NCAA basketball March Madness contest.
I have worked at RTI for 16 years. RTI promotes a relaxed, open-door work culture where employees in all positions and sectors interrelate to achieve the goals of the company. One of the best things about working here is the Opportunity for growth and experience. Since starting my career at RTI as an intern I have worked in all facets of engineering, been involved in projects of every type and magnitude, and was always allowed the opportunity to advance my skills.

I have worked here for 16 years. The company culture is one of innovation and flexibility. Every day is different. The challenge includes new tasks related to new designs, bringing new devices to market, improving "old" devices, and solving production problems. RTI has great technology for safety medical devices. It protects the user. In addition to safety, the devices are characterized by aesthetics and ease of use.
I joined the company in 1996 (28 years ago). Innovative! RTI is built on innovation. The culture is geared toward problem-solving using new and creative approaches. As a registered nurse, I know how challenging and stressful working in healthcare settings can be. I am extremely proud to be part of an organization making healthcare safer for healthcare workers, as well as patients.
